Stage Three: Glass Shop
Trajet uses a backing of a fiberglass and resin mix that is sprayed on by a "chopper" gun. It is sprayed in two layers and hand rolled to prevent bubbles and maintain a uniform backing for superior strength. Reinforcements are added to all stress points of the tub and hand rolled to add extra durability.
